As we approach the end of Module 3 and this workshop, you and your colleagues will develop an action plan to implement some of the changes you've been considering over the last few weeks. Your action plan can take on any form you wish. It can appear as a simple To-Do list, a spreadsheet, or any other document or device that serves your needs. The purpose of the action plan is to help you identify the main take-aways from this workshop and the next steps to move forward in your program improvement process. There is no "correct" format for your action plan, but it should include at least some of the following considerations.

Action Plans May Include...

Curriculum changes needed (some actions may need to go through the College Curriculum Committee)
Potential assessment methods for PLOs
Person(s) responsible for actions, tasks, changes, or assessments
Which actions could be shared or delegated?
Projected timeline or target dates for implementation
Complete or partially completed Assessment Plan
